Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

Please fill in the registration form and send it to us. Upon receiving our confirmation of your reservation, you are asked to make a down payment. If you need a visa (see point 8.), please pay the entire course fee. Please pay the amount to our account:

2. Course days

Courses do not take place on weekends and on public holidays. There is no refund for public holidays.

3. Payment conditions

Course participants agree to pay in due time, at the latest on the first day of the chosen course. If a payment plan has been arranged with the CASA administration, payment amounts and payment dates have to be clarified. They are legally binding.

Bank charges are paid by the participant. Course fees and charges for accommodation must be paid regardless of course attendance, i.e. in case of illness or work-related obligations.

4. Rebooking

If you have registered for a course and your visa is not issued on time, you can take a course at a later date. Two weeks prior to course start, a visa-related rebooking is free of charge. Thereafter, a processing fee of € 100 will be incurred.

5. Cancellation and termination provisions

The participant has the right to cancel a course. Up to five weeks before course start, paid course fees will be refunded, less € 100 for processing fees. The notice of cancellation has to be made in writing. Providing a five weeks’ notice of cancellation, participants can cancel a running course. Remaining course fees will be refunded from week six after receiving your notice of cancellation, less € 100 for processing fees.

Termination without notice, i.e. through absence, is not possible within our cancellation and termination provisions. Fees must be paid regardless of course attendance.

6. Discontinuation of course

CASA reserves the right to cancel courses when there are not enough participants. If this is the case, CASA will refund all fees which participants have paid. Any further claims cannot be asserted.

7. Storage of personal data

Participants agree to the electronic storage of his or her personal data, which are used solely for school administrative purposes. CASA never provides personal details to third parties. 

8. Visa (if required)

a)    Upon receiving your payment of all course fees, CASA will send you a confirmation of course registration, which you will have to present to the embassy / the consulate.

b)    When you have received your visa, please reconfirm your registration to us in writing.

c)    When the visa you have applied for is rejected, please send us the official notice of rejection issued by the German embassy. Paid course fees will be refunded, less € 100 for processing fees.

9. Liability

Every participant is responsible for his or herself. The CASA administration assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to property, or physical injury. We recommend that you are covered by valid health, liability, and accident insurance

10. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Bremen.
