Terms and Conditions

1. Payment is due after you have enrolled in writing.

All banking fees must be paid by the course participant. After receipt of the course fees, you will be sent the final confirmation of enrolment. The dates you booked on the enrolment form are obligatory. No classes will be held on public holidays.

2. If you cancel your enrolment, the following applies: - cancellation up to 6 weeks before the course starts: an administration fee of Euro 50 is due - cancellation up to 4 weeks before the course starts: an administration fee of Euro 100 is due - in cases of cancellation at short notice (less than 4 weeks): reimbursements are only possible starting the 5th week after receipt of your cancellation. You will be reimbursed 80% of your remaining fees. Any unpaid fees must be paid immediately.

3. Visa-related cancellations are only accepted if you provide the original letter from the German embassy or consulate saying that a visa cannot be issued. An administration fee of Euro 50 is due if you cancel up to 6 weeks before the course starts. An administration fee of Euro 100 is due for cancellation up to 2 weeks before the course starts. The remaining fees will be reimbursed. In cases of cancellation at short notice reimbursements are only possible starting the 5th week after receipt of your cancellation. You will be reimbursed 80% of your remaining fees. Any unpaid fees must be paid.

4. You may enrol in a later course for free if your visa is late. This policy applies up to 2 weeks before the course starts that you booked originally. Each further rescheduling (up to 2 weeks before the course starts) is charged with an administration fee of Euro 100.

5. In case of cancellation of courses due to reasons outside of CASA's responsibilities, all paid fees will be reimbursed. No other claims are accepted. CASA reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrolment up to 2 weeks before it is scheduled to start; or to reduce its number of hours. In case of course cancellation by CASA all fees paid will be reimbursed.

6. Should a course participant need another level of study than stated on his or her application form, it is up to CASA to offer a place in another course (depending upon availability).

7. Course participants agree to electronic processing and storage of their data. This data will not be given to others.

8. If accommodations are booked through CASA, the costs for those accommodations become due together with the course fees. CASA will make reservations for accommodations only upon receipt of full payment. If meals are included, these will adhere to German culinary standards. Arrival is required on the Sunday before a course starts, departure is on Saturday after the course has ended.
